Warranty

Almost all machines come with a free, 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us at 475-449-1250 if you have any questions regarding warranty for your specific machine.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Many of our machines are tested before being shipped out, per the industry standard. Your order may have water leakage, fingerprints, and other signs of light usage due to testing. These do not count as damages and are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, these are not refurbished machines, unless otherwise noted.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, and need to provide a valid tracking number. Please reach out to us to see if an exchange is possible. 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are up to the sole discretion of the manufacturer and Espresso Worldwide.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@espressoworldwide.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note there is a 15-25% restocking fee plus all other charges incurred in the order process by us (such as freight to and from, service/installation, or any other costs that are similar) for all refunds depending on manufacturer.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note there are no returns for any commercial equipment. All sales are final. Most machines have a 12 month limited warranty - please check the manufacturers guidelines for specific details.

Cancellations

Please note that depending on the time and date of your order, the shipment may have already been sent out, in which case please view the return policy for the specific manufacturer.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@espressoworldwide.com or call us at 475-449-1250 as soon as possible. There is a 3.65% cancellation fee on all orders. No exceptions.

For special order items, cancellations may or may not be accepted after the order is placed. If cancellations are accepted, then the cancellation terms or cancellation fee is up to the sole discretion of Espresso Worldwide and the manufacturer. Special order items typically take between 1-4 weeks to be manufactured or shipped unless otherwise stated. If a cancellation were to occur for a special-order before the product gets delivered, or during this 2-4 week period, a cancellation may not be accepted. 

Special order items are typically commercial machinery or other custom-made products. Please contact support@espressoworldwide.com or call 1-888-908-2875 to confirm if a product is considered a special order, as it may not be explicitly stated on our site.
