Price Matching Policy

We Meet or Beat Prices

If you find a advertised price better than ours on an espresso machine or grinder we will meet or beat it. The following conditions must apply:

• Price cannot be from an auction site or from Amazon.
• Price must be for a new item and not a used or refurbished or open box item or other similar sale items.
• We will not price match one small ware items, parts, accessories, brewers, roasters, and other items other than espresso machines and grinders.
• We need to have evidence of the offer that is better than ours, such as an advertised price, email, chat conversation.
• We only match prices for items that are in stock with both the competitor and Espresso Outlet.
• Prices must be from an authorized retailer that is located in the United States.

We know that great customer service and an all-around pleasant shopping experience are important, but we also understand that value is key when making a purchase. If you find a retailer that has a better advertised price than our website, let us know and we'll do our best to match it. Before placing your order, please fill out our Price Match Request form to submit your price match.

The following conditions apply to all Price Match Requests:

• The price to be matched must be posted on the website of a manufacturer-authorized US dealer. We cannot match prices offered by Wholesalers, non-US Retailers or Retailers operating from outside of the United States.
• Price matches must be explicitly requested at the time of purchase. We are unable to honor price match requests placed after the transaction has been processed.
• Parts or Accessories do not qualify for this program and cannot be price matched.
• Prices can only be matched for identical items from the same market (Same model number)
• The Items being matched must be in stock at the Authorized US Retailer with the lower price when the price match is requested.
• The price match will be identical to the competitor's offer. Free items will not be included unless they are also part of the competitor's package. Price match orders are not eligible for latte rewards.
• Additional charges may apply to orders where price matches have been made and the competing website charges shipping or sales tax.
• Whole Latte Love reserves the right to decline a price match at our discretion.

Holiday Sale Meet or Beat Price Guarantee

Buy with confidence! If you purchase a product from us and there is a holiday sale, such as a black friday sale where the price is advertised for lower than what you paid, we will refund the difference to match that price The above conditions for price matching must apply. Must be during holiday sale or event and must provide link or some form of proof.
